2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

a. Customized materials tailored to the specific needs or requests of the Customer.

b. One-on-one training sessions conducted on an individual basis.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

To initiate a refund, the Customer must contact the Company via email at support@worldlearnshere.com within the eligible 15-day period. The Customer must complete a Refund Request Form, providing an explanation for the request. No additional documentation or proof of dissatisfaction is required.

4. Refund Method

Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the same payment method initially used for the transaction. The Company will endeavor to refund the amount to the Customer’s original bank account or payment method, where possible.

5. Fees

The Company does not charge any fees for processing refunds. All refunds are issued in the full amount paid by the Customer.

6. Alternative Options

As an alternative to a refund, the Customer may request to attend a different training session or join a different batch at no additional cost. This option is available only within the original refund eligibility period.

7. Geographic Scope

This refund policy applies globally, with no geographic limitations or restrictions.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Company’s website.
